they added turbo gt steering with the two-mode switches and paddles, then you lose the heating function.
except for the new increased performance comparing j1 and J1.2 modes, is this the only thing new on gts?

That's what I was thinking too. Not too much differentiation between J1 and J1.2. It doesn't gain Active Ride too

Looks like they are keeping the "Taycan" name on the rear badge. For the Turbo and Turbo S they dropped it.

Just spec'd one to the same spec as mine and its over £140k?!?!?!?!

700bhp sounds nice though - what's the old one 580?

Bloody hell!

The price. Ouch.
The price seems good here in the US. There is a lot included in the GTS that you have to pay extra for on the 4S. I did a quick run through the configurator and calculated that it is only a few grand premium for the config I’d want vs the 4S I ordered earlier this year. Plus the ST style is available compared to the CT, and you can spec ST with bike rack prep here in the US now (afaik this wasn’t a thing here on the previous gen).

Oh well, what’s done is done now, but the GTS would have been an easy choice for me had I been more patient.

My comparative configuration would have been + $20K for the same spec GTS as a 4S CT. Not for me though nice for some that the GTS is now out — as is the Taycan 4 addition. Each will work well for a targeted section of the Taycan market.

Active Ride is an option, as it is across the J1.2 range.
Mistyped. I meant it does gain Active Ride. I'm curious if expect with this option, if It renders GTS suspension tuning moot. Will play with the configurator later today and find out

Ughh.. a few weeks earlier and I probably would have ordered a GTS vs the electric G-Wagon. For the 2025 models, the 4S felt a little slow coming from my Turbo and the new Turbo seemed a bit expensive. Oh well, taking delivery of the G-Wagon this week - we'll see how it compares.
