Anybody have link to the OBD battery monitor?

I bought an OBD tool somebody posted on this website.
It measured the health of your battery and emailed you a certificate of it.
I lost it and want to buy another one.
I searched the forum and the internet but can't seem to find it.

Nope, it was an obd device, also these guys don't ship to the UK so couldn't have been them.
