At first I was unsure if the purpose of the bulletin was pressure testing the battery compartment seals for leaks, or the battery coolant system. Looking up the tool supplier, Polaris, it seems to be the latter.
Maybe standard routine for the recall campaign which also started in 2023?

News said it was a 2025 model
I believe you but I can't find any article that says it's a 2025 model.
I've been searching for articles cuz this incident happing to a 2025 model would be of a major concern (along with your findings of course).

Article 4 (in Englisch this time).

Maybe the rim gives it away? Perhaps...not sure either.
J1.2 has some new wheel options as well.

Reading threads on this forum like this really makes me vacillate wildly between being happy this information exists from enthusiasts who care so much, and wishing I never discovered it.
Tell me about it. It’s one of the best cars I’ve ever driven, but apparently it may blow up randomly and the price keeps going up every year.

21" "exclusive design" wheels right? I think they were available on j1.1, at least I found some photos online of 2024 cars with them.

The wheels can be fitted to any taycan.

Use to have them as well, bought 2nd hand, as winter tires, before i moved to 20" ones.

Point is, it won't say anything about MY of car.

Great catch. Very small chance it is NOT j1.1

Yeah these wheels are not listed on the 2026 configurator.
You guys do know you can buy 21 inch wheels from 3rd party shops or second hand for less than half the price, I hope.
Wouldn't pay the porsche prices on these wheels ever...

This is coolant and not flood water. That water escaped the battery's coolant system through a ruptured coolant passage and made its way into the modules. In this case the water DID NOT come from outside!!!
I thought the coolant is glycol.
There should not be any water in the system at all, so if it was water causing the short wtf did it come from?

He means coolant.
It has a way better conductivity than water.
