I have the 21 inch mission E wheels. Should the tyre pressure be the same on all 4 wheels? The TPM seems to indicate that they should all be 41 PSI

Check the manual, it has a big table for summer or all season tires, partial load or full load.
In the US drivers door jam has a sticker with the pressures on it.

41 list for front/rear for partial load, summer tires and 3 rear seats. 42/45 for full load.

That’s been discussed several times, try to search.
it depends on tyres and manufacturer, not (just) on wheels.

I’ve been dealing with the same - the door sticker is different to the manual and different to what I’ve seen on here and different to what the Car indicates in the app. I searched on here, and it was as still clear as mud. Right now - GoodYear all seasons on mission-e wheels and I went with 38 all round. Who knows if that‘s right :(

If these are the originally factory fitted tyres and wheels then look at the data plate on the driver's side when you open the door - tyre pressures are listed there for your car.

Check also in the PCM that you have the correct wheel size and tyre type selected - this should match the plate.
