Easee Home Charger Issues / Timers

Does anyone have experience of using an Easee Home charger? I'm having real issues getting the car to charge during the night using the timers. Went in to the dealer for the "Masterclass" but came away none the wiser ??‍

Are you setting the profile and timer in the car/app or on your Easee evse?

Set a profile with preferred charging times in the car or app and a timer to stop it charging at your required soc

Yeah I have the profile and timers set in the car and a schedule set on the charger to charger between midnight and 7am. But get up every day disappointed ???‍
It's like the charger doesn't wake the car up

Try not setting anything on the charger and leave the car to manage the time. Remember the soc you set in the profile is the minimum and it will charge to that soc immediately and then stop until your preferred charging time

Pretty sure the Easee schedule works on when the charger is On or Off. Better to set the a timer on the car alone. What I would do is set Timer only to battery percentage to what I required (e.g. 85%) to depart at 7am. The two small issues doing this way. Firstly you may require a larger charging window to reach desired charge therefore charging starting earlier. Secondly if you're not charging to 100% the charging seems to restart if you do not unplug/turn off charger after a certain amount of time. Obviously easy to get around but either unplugging car or going into Easee app to turn off charger.

Do not use any feature of your EVSE (Easee) otherwise you will have conflicts.

Reset and startover using only the Porsche App or PCM.

Daily timer and related profile attached. Works 100%.

I don't use any smart features on the Easee charger, I only use the Porsche App to configure charging times.

My preferred charging period is between midnight and 7am. No schedule set on the Easee charger just the car.
Got up again this morning and nothing had happened. Looked in the Easee app and it said charge completed.
Opened the My Porsche app and this seems to make the charger wake up and start charging! Confused and getting frustrated with it as it can't be this difficult can it ???‍

Can you share your Easee and Car settings please? Just to check I'm not doing something obvious. On thing I have selected in the Easee charger is "power at all times"

What is your issue?

Timer and profile settings look fine to me. Daily, 85%, preheat and stop at 07:25. Can't see the start time.

Ensure you don't have any feature active in your EVSE as it may clash.

Turn off all profiles and timers on your car and plug directly into the Easee. Does it charge as normal?

With the car I don't use any profiles only the timer. Have you tried using only that? Have you checked the car has received the instruction if you're only using the app? Confirmed by the slide bar being red.

That's not my actual address so I just left it. Fairly new house so not registered.
Anyway I've tried everything and had conflicting advice to you saying only use the Easee schedule settings.
Direct charging works fine. And preheat works fine without charging so seems to be all good. It's just the night time charging a timer that's the issue. It's now getting on my nerves tbh.

Hi mate. I have this charger. I don’t use the charger profile to set charging times. I use the Porsche app. Never had an issue charging. Here are screenshots of my Easee charger settings. Hope this helps.
