2020 model, 10k miles.

I’d just got back from holiday and it had a low 12v battery which I charged but also the above error was displayed.

Engineer came and tried disconnecting the 12v battery for 15 mins to ‘turn the car off and on’ but that failed to fix.

Been there done that. Expect a new HV battery in about 5 weeks, then the control electronics later as you will probably have further issues caused by software incompatible 2022 battery. I did. If you are offered an Enterprise car. Be very careful and fully photograph it - with time stamps - when collected. Warning, as they will almost certainly try and rip you off. . .

How long was your holiday? I assume no trickle charger was used for the 12v battery, and the car was not plugged in, correct?

The car was not plugged in but left with a state of charge of 85%

I did not trickle charge the 12V but have a range of cars at home including a 28 year old Nissan figaro and none of them need a trickle charge when left unused for 3 weeks.

5 weeks?? I’ve been waiting 5 months now.. absolutely brutal. I have been told 3 ETA times march,april,may.. and now they cant even locate the battery..

Just had an update from the Porsche centre with the car.

They found a fault with one high voltage cell BUT…

unfortunately they need a "gold" engineer to look at the issue and he is on holiday till 6th June.

so 2 more weeks before I’ll have a diagnosis
