What is the document?Since my dealer in Bern fixed mine & my friends, and knew about the issue and was sure they can fix it before even seeing the car - I say with 99% confidence dealers know of the issue and the solution.
I suspect Porsche is in a low-cost gliding mode, and don't want to have pricey service campaigns / recalls yet.
If I were you, I next time car is in service, I would ask the service of an extract of ECU versions.
The latest versions are public, so easy to compare.

I found it - WMH0-Re-Programming Various Control Units (Workshop Campaign)
TSB says it only applies to specific VINs assigned to the campaign, which are listed as 2020 -2021 model years only.
