How to get PCM shortcuts into the lower screen

Does anybody know how to get the PCM shortcuts into the lower screen (used for climate etc), like below?

Been trying with it for a bit, tapping and holding, but I am missing something here.

Use a long press on the three small lines beneath the word “Sync” at the center of the display.

It can only be changed when stopped and in Park (If my memory serves me)

The CarPlay icon only appears if CarPlay is connected. Otherwise you’ll only see four icons.

You can't.

You can move the icons on the central PCM around but you can't move any to the lower screen.

Either Carplay or Android Auto will dynamically appear when active.
