I am not seeing the new model year on the online configuration tool, did you order directly through the dealer? Perhaps I should call a dealer. (Though I would like to see the Turismo)
You'll have to go into the dealership (or do a virtual configuration) to look at the MY21' Configurator.

I haven't heard this...

My earliest Taycan Turbo S MY21' will be entering into production (V260) next month on October 23rd, with an estimated dealer arrival around January 1st 2021.

Maybe he means you won't be seeing any MY21' Taycan before the end of the year (in the US) - which I expect to be the case. There will be more MY20' Taycan coming in before the end of the year, but not many more.

My dealership currently has 3 available Taycan, and only 5 more available cars coming in before the end of the year.
My 4S is now scheduled to be delivered at the dealership on October 30th and it apparently still is a Model Year 2020.

Yup! We're still going to be getting 2020 models in until probably late November/early December. 2021 Models won't be here in the states until late December or early January at the earliest.

European countries will probably start getting 2021 models in late October.

Asian/Middle East Countries probably in early November.

Africa/South America probably in late January/early February maybe even later than that.

Any intel as to when the MY21 configurator will finally be up for the US?

Hopefully late next month or early November!

All Porsche Dealers have access to the MY21' Configurator though. You can go into your local dealer to look at options in person if you have some time.

Thanks, my freeze date is 10/16. I was hoping for the configurator to be up before that to potentially tweak my build some more.

My MY21 Taycan is being built now according to my dealer. It will reach Bremerhaven on Oct 2nd and be delivered towards the end of October. So, your estimate seems to be correct.

My freeze date is just next to yours at 10/14. I agree it would have been nice to do it all myself on the configurator, but I've made do by just touching base with my sales guy every week or two by adding or taking off (it's been mostly adding) things based on the MY21 options that either people have been talking about or on the UK configurator. The pricing is a little different -- for example, the Porsche Mobile Charger Connect is now $0 -- but he's been good at giving me the build sheets from their in-house configurator as I change my spec.

Unfortunately my sales guy isn't as responsive as yours and it feels like pulling teeth asking for updates or changes to my configuration. What's your ETA for delivery?

Interesting, your freeze date is 2 days before mine but my ETA in Seattle is 1.08.2021 and my car has to go to Benicia vs yours being unloaded before in San Diego.

Are you sure? As far as I know right now all US West coast Porsches are offloaded in Benicia. I actually asked my dealer about this when I saw Benicia as the port of entry for my car despite the fact that I'm taking delivery at PEC LA.

The ship my car was on definitely stopped in San Diego, but I don't believe any Porsches got off there...

You are probably right. I was under the impression cars were still unloaded in SD per the last time I bought a 991. Things must have changed.
