Real talk. Ordered my GTS in 2022. Received it in mid 2023. I believe it was a March build. Been through the various recalls. Not a big deal - it's just a hassle to take time out of the day to cruise over to the shop. But then hey, they got some free coffee, donuts, and snacks.

But outside of the recalls, I haven't had a single significant issue that any of y'all have ever experienced and or witnessed.

Am I really part of the lucky few here, or do y'all think my days are numbered and I'm going to get hit with the yellow alert of death real soon.

Love this car.

Nope, your experience is entirely normal and echoes my experience of my MY23 GTS ST.

People are way more likely to complain online about something than to talk about how problem-free it is because it inherently isn’t on their mind. My window doesn’t like opening and closing perfectly but besides that, I’m problem free also, though I’m only 1,000 miles in.

If you think about it, the forums are usually for people to bitch and complain when something goes wrong. Even if you have 100 people here with the yellow screen of death, you have thousands of people that don't. No one logs on the forum to say "My car ran great today with no problems."

My '23 GTS was also trouble-free (aside from the many recalls, and a couple self-inflicted issues like a rock chip to the roof.). Until suddenly, it wasn't.

I do hope yours remains trouble free and I think most probably are, but if you've tempted fate by saying so and end up in the electrical system error...make sure you choose your shop carefully.

2023 Taycan 4S. No issues to report. 20K miles and still enjoying the Taycan experience. The seat sensor recall was addressed during the 20K-mile service.

Like others, the experience with my 2023 GTS ST would have been pretty much flawless except for the recalls. However, nothing I’ve ever owned has had this many recalls.

funny thing is. I look forward to recall appointments. They always let me test the new 911s and cayennes. I usually plan my long weekend trips on those appointment weekends. :)

Also, zero problems. The forum is to help others navigate the issues. We do have a few common ones that do come up from time to time, and we know what to recommend.

Taycan MY23, in addition to all the recalls in three years, I replaced the 22kW charger twice under warranty (luckily, after the two years expired, I extended it for another three). I've driven 30,000 km, fantastic car... no regrets!

Outside of the occasional recall I’ve not had a single issue with my Taycan and I‘ve said it before and I’ll say it again: recalls are great! It tells me Porsche is taking care of my car. It’s getting little upgrades to protect my investment. It’s tweaking issues that will prolong the usability of my Taycan. The occasional recall may be a slight inconvenience, but like you said the cappuccinos and cookies are terrific and I don’t mind the extended test drives I’m getting in the loaner Macan EV 4 I’ve been given while my Taycan is in the shop.

Same here, early 2020 TS, one of the first in my country, 45.000 km, best car I've ever owned. 🥰
