I have used SCREENPOTECH and am totally happy with it. Almost no fingerprints and no glare.

Picking up a GTS ST next week and want to do this as one thing that did my head in on my old CT4 had was the finger marks everywhere.
What's the best one then, xpel precut?

I have ordered the anti-glare Screen ProTech kit, but haven't dared to install it yet. How was the experience like for those who DIY'd the installation themselves?

I'm fairly certain Screen ProTech is Xpel. Even their cut out pattern that they show is from Xpels software.

Xpel is good for this simple application.

I've done it on my RS E-Tron GT. It's not difficult. Just make sure everything is very clean. Mine had some tiny dust particles on the edges because it got on the film.

This time around I had a professional do all of the surfaces perfectly. It's worth the extra money IMO

Thanks bud. Considering that I am extremely picky about the end result of things, and average at manual work, I think I'll follow your path and have it installed for me.

Definitely if imperfections bother you, have a professional do it and set the expectation up front that you are picky. This way they know they can't cut any corners

I have just made few tests, none of the AliExpress protectors have the exact dimensions...
A pro placed the XPEL few days ago but doesn't look great so I removed them.
I tried this morning the Brotect and the fitting is perfect and so easy, I took me 10 seconds.
There's practically no difference between the HD Clear (right screen) and Airglass (left screen) versions.
But I really don't like the matte version; it changes the look of the screens too much.

I tried the Xpel satin matte.
I was considering the gloss. Do you think the issue was the finish choice or XPEL as a screen protector in general?

I also installed the ScreenProTech anti glare myself. I ordered the pre-cut kit that covered all screens, power button and piano black sections. I watched a couple youtube videos how to install, pretty simple and came out perfect. No more fingerprints, literally I can't make fingerprints on the screens if I tried. And no glare. Still crystal clear resolution. Spray the screen and film with plenty of solution and its easy to move the pieces around and then squeegee. If you see some very small air bubbles under the film as I had, they will completely disappear in 2-3 days as the film cures. I didn't purchase the option, but with ScreenProTech for I think $15 more they will give you a complete 2nd set in case you mess up one. I think my kit was around $120 and highly recommend.

I agree with Darrell. I had ProTech professionally installed, and it was, and still is, great!
