I have owned 2020 Tycan turbo sedan and now own a 2023 GTS Sport turismo. They drive identical from what I can tell. Biggest difference is range has improved over the years.

I was really worried about bottoming out on driveway entrances, sleeping policemen (and policewomen), pot holes at ski areas etc. - so much so that I programmed auto-lift at various regular points. Turns out the normal height is comfortably sufficient for any situation i've encountered so far. I only raise it if I'm on a proper forest road.

Re: keeping it mostly in Sport+: have a read on the various thread regarding uneven tire wear. You can still go ahead and ride in that mode (I find it a bit too 'busy'), but at least you'll have made an informed decision.
Hold your horses. Your normal may not be my normal. Do you have off road design package?

Did the same (auto lift setup and saved) as my housing area has at minimum 15 speed bumps. And I agree that actually even in normal mode without lifting the car, the clearance was more than adequate.

For me the Taycan is a big, heavy, quiet, comfortable car with a good turn of speed if you need it and handling and grip that disguises the bulk and weight really well.
I chose a CT because of space for my dog (I would never have a dog in the cabin) and stuck with the CT when the ST came out, despite not liking the plastic wheel arch protectors, because the extra 20mm of bump travel will give a still better ride on really bad roads than the standard (or ST) possibly could.

The standard ride height is actually surprisingly high, but I am still pleased with my spec.

The ride deteioration in Sport of Sport + aren't worth it on the roads around here.

There are places where I definitely raise my CT suspension, usually when the parking lot is a lot lower than the road I am getting off/on to. I did once manage to hang a Model S smack in the middle because the parking lot was lower than the road, somehow I managed to get in ok but on the way out the car bottomed out in the middle. Lucky it didn't do any damage (i was going real slow and stopped when I heard it hit, then raised the air suspension to proceed) - but it till costed me time to lift the car and crawl under to check for damage - found a tiny scratch on a side skirt. I'd rather not have to do this with a Taycan, so I program auto-raise whenever I see any humps on which it may get hung up on. I'm less concerned about scraping the front lip, that's a much easier fix than a battery hit.

Just curious, which twisties? I made the trek to Whistler a couple of times and Hwy 99 is awesome fun in any mode. (Ok, haven't tried 'gravel'.)
Man, i went to drive at the backroad at Muskoka. The drive there pretty much killed my back. Maybe i don't know how to set up the seat. I wish that the road is closed off for just me and i have infinite battery. I only gave it one go. It was fun but a few more go might let me use my car's abilities. I hope that the Porsche experience centre in GTA will let me have a go with my car. I need to get "testing the limits" out of my system.
