Have this error for a week now, when I try to send profile update via app I get message "Server cant be accessed try again later". Yet the app gives me status feedback. Any idea?

Same here! No idea what is going on and all messages and mails to Smartmobility have been unanswered for a lono time.

On the assumption you have good connectivity and the car is not in Privacy Mode then try the following:

Have you checked your Porsche Connect contract status is active for all services require?

Is the app connecting to the car (PCM) and reporting back telemetry?

Check your Porsche Connect status (https://connect-store.porsche.com/) or My Porsche website and review your setup there.

It could be a simple issue like this.

All looks good as I bought the brand new car 3 weeks ago. I guess I will have to make my first visit back to showroom to discuss few small issues.

I use a product called home assistant to connect directly to Porsche's API.
It has been highly unreliable over the recent weeks.
The gaps in this chart are when Porsche servers are unavailable

If some of you are seeing no problems then that points to a failed/failing instance among a cluster of instances and Porsche's API provider's ( https://cloud.google.com/apigee/docs/api-platform/get-started/what-apigee ) load balancers are not detecting/alerting the problem correctly.

Anyone got any contacts at Porsche?

There seems to have been an issue with Porsche servers lately and some data has not been transmitted to other 3rd party providers. Is said to be back online mow though?

I had this same issue over the last two days trying to send an updated charging profile to the car from the app. Tried last night and was still failing. Tried it just now after pulling up this thread and it worked. Guessing it was a server issue with Porsche 🤷‍♂️.

Exactly the same with me over the weekend. Only with changing the profile. I could toggle direct charging and set a departure timer but not change a profile. Now not connecting at all. Software issue I suspect and now connection issue
