My 2020 Taycan Turbo went into the shop August 1 for 2-year service including recalls and the big software update.
Dealership has not been able to complete the software installation (getting a Fault after install) and is working with Porsche, Germany on a slow cycle try-this-try-that trouble shooting. On September 2 they replaced the DME computer and continue to get the Fault. Most recent feedback is "waiting to hear from Porsche".
My dealership doesn't want to hear that the slow trouble-shooting process is flawed or that Porsche should know how to interpret Faults in their systems.
I'm getting discouraged by this process and welcome any suggestions for breaking the log jam.
