What’s the consensus on the best Taycan colour?

Wasn’t the Taycan predominantly marketed with Mamba Green, at least originally? That’s what got my attention

I could have sworn most pictures showed Taycan in white, starting with Mission-E concept (and the CT concept later too).

Carrera White. There's a reason it's on all the marketing. I've seen every color in person and it suits the Taycan the best.

Wheels make a HUGE difference as well, unfortunately 20" is the sweet spot IMO but the 20" options on the Taycan are meh. If I reordered I'd get free 19s and upgrade aftermarket to 20s.

Some of Porsches best colors aren't available on the Taycan, which is annoying. GT silver & Night Blue come to mind, or one of their nicer blues (Miami Blue, Sapphire Blue, etc). Gentian is hugely popular but it has too much purple for me, reminds me of Subaru blue.

i don’t think there’s a reason for that. They just chose Carrera White because that’s what they wanted to do lol. They could of did it in yellow or brown and everybody who bought one or is still going to buy one would of bought.

Almost certainly country dependant. I suspect each country has its own marketing department with, presumably, local knowledge.

Here in the UK I saw Mamba a lot in cross Turismo marketing videos which looked like they were for the EU market. Some red too, I don’t remember seeing white in our local marketing at all now I reflect on it.

The prototype pictures I do remember being white though.

White with a black interior was all the rage in 1968 with my bunch of friends. I wouldn’t choose it nowadays myself.

I was pretty much set on Carmine before I seen these. Just to add I’ve ordered a CT4S

The only colour is Carmine. Wax on wax off. Carmine > Bailey's Cream

Yep maybe it was CT but here in Switzerland it was all Mamba Green

That’s correct.
I’ve seen and i tested white (with black interiror) and dolomite grey (limestone biege interior).
But most of sold Taycans were different colours (mamba, gentian, black…), so it looks that they failed with white….

Apparently not with people on this forum. Most popular color here seems white - 21.7% between the two whites.

Yep almost exclusively in Storm Trooper colours - WHITE (and black trim).
