CT4 mainly motorway driving July to October. Will be interesting to see the winter stats as we’re in the mountains most weekends. The Tesla Model X mileage suffered a lot in the cold.

2020 Turbo S on Mission E’s. I just purchased it two weeks ago CPO with 3550 miles on it so only 120 of this is me but neither the first owner nor the dealer reset the trip data.

I don't know what are you doing (@feye ) and how are you driving, but I'm not able to get below 25 kwh/100km on my daily route to work &back home (with average speed about 55km/h).
Few days ago, I went on a highway, with average.speed 91km/h and 27,2 kwh/100km.

My best consumption was about 22,5kwh/100km (average speed 59km/h) three weeks ago, but today (only 3 degrees Celsius), 30 kwh/100km (average speed 56km/h).... so, winter is coming

The more I drive the lower it goes.

I reckon in 3 years my Taycan drives without charging, which is great, because then I have no worries about degradation! :giggle:
That’s 600km / 360m range right there. Don’t think anyone else is getting close to that.

Agreed. My guess is that he lives at the top of a reasonable hill, which allows him to avoid using too much battery at the start of his drives when the battery is not warm. Pretty amazing nonetheless; I was pretty pleased with my 33 kWh/100km until I saw this! :CWL:

Folks,

First I want to apologize for being off-line so long for this Forum.
Thank you @feye for keeping up on this thread.
I have now integrated all the data I was missing, adding folks and updating old data for a few.
I think @tigerbalm was the largest increase in milage I saw from the last post I had from a year ago. Thank you all for the data.
See graph at https://www.taycanforum.com/forum/threads/what’s-your-taycan-efficiency.4445/

Some status on my vehicle, now at 27,131mi (43,689 km). I am getting my first set of new tires in 2 weeks. I can get reliable 260mi range on my 20" 4S+.
The numbers reported on the Porsche APP for me are erroneous (i.e. Bogus), The efficiency just got better and better every month. Now it shows 20.6kWh/mi which is clearly impossible for a car with 11" wide tires in the rear.

I have methodically tracked every and I do mean every charging session, DCFC or Level 2 with times and kWh's added since my delivery in Nov 2020. The reduced fidelity summary is:
Taycan Summary 11/11/20 Delivery
Charging Energy 9,900 kWh
DCFC 179 Sessions
Charging Time 74 hr
Charging Costs $13.95 USD
Energy 6,800 kWh
Avg Power 93 kW
Level 2 175 Sessions
Charging Time 600 hr
Charging Costs $34 USD
Energy 3,100 kWh
Charging Costs Total $48 USD
$0.0018 USD/mi
565 mi/USD
Annual Milage 19,500 mi/yr
Latest Milage 27,131 miles
Snapshot Date 4/2/22
Economy 92% Chg Efficiency 33.6 Wh/100mi
3.0 mi/kWh

I have full fidelity of course. I have opened an issue with Porsche North America providing my spreadsheets but with no progress.

I think the bad reporting happens when your car is not able to get a reliable network connection for trips, but that's really a speculation.

Look forward to more updates.

Thx for an update, @ron_b .
I found my post, after 1st month…now, after 11k km, I have the following results:
- 234:15 hours
-11.152km
- avg.speed: 49km/h
- avg.consumption: 23.0kwh/100km.

few more thoughts & observations:
- on my daily drivings (back home, higher outside temp), I was making even less than 19 kwh/100km, and up to 25kwh/100 in the morning (lower temps); (20” winter tires)
- coasting saves more energy than automatic recuperation
- 21” tires increase consumption for about 10% (maybe even more)
- i’m driving in Range mode, most of the time… i’m not just following the traffic, overtaking is a joy, but only when I have good visibility (and a dry road).

CT4, 20” winter tires (about 8k km), 21” summer (3k km).
