Looking for opinions on why Porsche service departments in the East Bay of the Bay Area are so inept.
I’ve had my car serviced three times in the past year for warranty related repairs and recalls. Twice I visited Walnut Creek, once in Livermore (yes Livermore is a real place) and all three experiences were subpar, and I mean poor.

Here’s a few ideas. Let me know your thoughts.

- Taycan owners, with all the recalls, are caught between local dealers and Porsche the corporation? I’ve heard rumblings of reimbursement arguments between the two. Taycan owners, stuck in the middle, suffer the consequences.
- Porsche dealers are struggling to make ends meet, therefore their service departments are understaffed.
- The whole world operates at a C- grade and Porsche is no longer an exception.
