I have not heard anything more from my dealer. My car is going in for an unrelated issue next month and I will chase it then.@Lupin did you hear back from the dealer.
My dealer couldn't find any bulletins, but said they would raise a ticket as we recreated the problem at the dealership.
This issue with charging profiles not working is really frustrating me at this point.
My dealer, after much chasing is saying this is as designed. I have trouble believing this as it makes no sense (and defeats the purpose of timers in a profile). Very frustrating indeed!@Lupin did you hear back from the dealer.
