I have given up ! It was “fixed” by the dealer (but these fixes seem like they are simply a stop on a long frustrating journey!).. I sold the car once all codes were clear. It became too much.
Sorry to hear that. I hope whatever takes the parking spot is an enjoyable replacement!

I don’t blame you. I feel like many shops are genuinely not good at diagnosing and repairing HV faults. “Clear codes and hope” is the frequent first step.

It is the first time it has been undriveable. Up to now it has given me very little trouble over 3.5 years. Will keep it for a while longer yet I think
I guess it's the luck of the draw..my experience has been much worse than yours...so many service visits, so many breakdowns, so little support (and so many delays) from dealer AND Porsche. I hope your luck continues!

This may have nothing to do with shop’s ability to diagnose. I think it’s Porsche’s warranty policy to clear the codes and if they don’t pop up again, no warranty work would be approved. This is “kicking the can down the road” approach, which I’m sure saves Porsche money in the long run, especially if the can is kicked far enough to make the part actually fail after warranty period.

Maybe, if the particular jurisdiction lemon law has a provision of being unable to remedy an issue in x visits. That said, they'd probably kick it the first time it happens anyways, maybe even the 2nd time, only on the last attempt they might proactively replace things, or heck, fly some engineer down to help resolve it (this happened to me once with a Lexus over a bluethooth noise issue they had a hard time resolving).
