22kW charger upgrade is bad?

My build is locked and now I am concerned. There are a lot of reports here of the 22kW charger failing. What is the deal with that? Is it only some unlucky folk or is it really a problem? Has anyone been using it without issues for long?

For what it’s worth, I don’t mind charging on a single phase at or below 25A on occasion, as I have 3-phases at home, but from what I gather that is not enough to not break this component?
