Hi,

A couple of months ago I posted a phonemount I did based on a 3D scan of my Taycan center console (and Axdenied designs) and this seems to have caused some interest here.

I decided to put all info and pictures in a new thread so here we go :

It has been on my car for months now and works perfectly with the iSetchi MagSafe charger (which is one of the few that has enough magnetic force to hold the phone while driving and I tested almost 10 different ones).

You can unscrew it from its base and screw it into the mount.

Any chance you know the size of the screw? I can't find the iSetchi magsafe or similar mount that can be attached with a screw in the US. Found a possible alternative attachment but need to know if the screw size will fit in your mount.

Anyone find a compatible Magsafe charger in the US? Or just shaved off the top layer on the mount portion and glued the magsafe to the top?

I'll see if I can do a version that holds an Apple magsafe charger when I'm back from my holidays.

I'm a Samsung guy but my wife could use an Apple version as well.

This looks to be a great option if you live in the Netherlands or Belgium but outside that it’s going to need to be hacked up the accept a magnet base readily available worldwide. Unless someone in the Netherlands is willing to purchase the two and package them up.
