Just a repair fortunately - not on the sidewall. Got a mobile guy coming tomorrow to fix it.

Went for the blade wheels as just preferred the style on silver vs the mission e wheels. All the matt black trim (side skirts, front lower valance, rear bumper) will be PPS gloss black soon to match the lower mirrors, window trims and blades.

Do you have any worries about not having the bigger callipers?

Gloss black sounds cool. Will it stick ok to the plastics?

any regrets not getting the option side skirts for £600?

About ppf, as i’m waiting my car i’ve already asked around about making the matt plastics different but it seema that they need to be sanded and then either coloured or ppf’d. Otherwise it wont stick. I also read here in this forum about some liquid ppf that should work straight on that lower part....

Getting it all done in liquid PPS spray, so no problems with it sticking. One of the main reasons I didn’t get the sports design kit as was always going to get it done.

Not worried about the calipers. Not that visible with turbo wheels - much more an issue with mission e ones.

Using PPS spray so will stick fine.

Sideskirts will be fully gloss black so in my opinion will look better than the sport’s design ones which just have a coloured plastic insert. As it’s PPS won’t scratch either.

Cheers. Short lived excitement was slightly dampened by a flat tyre with a nail in it! Out of action until tomorrow now.

Argh sorry to hear that, glad it was an easy one to fix. The user manual suggests never to repair the tyres but replace them but we all know that bollocks

Love Dolomite. It was my order with the 22” Exclusive Design wheels too. But changed it last minute to Carrera White. Truth is it looks great in almost any color!

One of the few I have seen with the carbon fibre mirrors. I just added that to my spec a week or so ago after seeing a video with them. They look great. Assume you are happy with them??
