Is the animation taillight is optional ?

Do you know which option we have to pay to get that ?

Maybe the PDLS+ in blue with coming home function ?

Oh !!!
I thought the glacier option at this time was for the front AND the back and not only the front ...

So the "Welcome function" is not the "Coming Home/Leaving Home" included in the front-glacier PDLS+....

Hi all!

Has the text changed? ... if you read the informations carefully of these front-glacier-PDLS+ (clicking on "i" at configurator) there is a new text saying that welcome function is included ... I can see this at German Porsche site .... but not at US site .... see screenshot below.

My guess is this : blue PORSCHE lettering at back is not available at start ... but the center-to-ends red welcome stripe is easier to realize.

I cannot imagine that there is a welcome function with the front lights possible.

Edit: It doesn‘t say „Welcome“ .. it‘s „coming home“ ... hmm ... does it mean the 30sec light after closing the car? ... but what means 'leaving home'?

Did anyone happen to get a photo of the IAA from the white Taycan standing in the separate glass room on the left? This had the option installed (front headlights Ice Blue), I just did not photograph him from the back.

If someone happens to have a photo from behind, then we would know if he had a blue signature.

Otherwise, I hope for new information next week. This weekend is a special event for Porsche sellers in Germany. All meet in Mallorca to drive the vehicle itself and also think to be trained.

I hope to receive further information on open questions.

Otherwise, I saw many Taycan with the behind in blue glacier on Instagram although it’s not available till June . I will not be surprised if these productions (for journalists) were not special.

I've just called my dealer.
It told me the animation is not an option and available for all models.
However, it will ask to Porsche to have more information about that.

This one was in front of the stand (leveled).
I asked my dealer about the lightning from middle to ends but he wasn't sure.
He'll get back on that as they're in Mallorca right now for training.
I don't mind the blue lettering, although it's cool but I do care about the animation.
I'm defenately not going to wait till 6/2020 for that option though.

Opening or blocking car --> not animation on.

The Audi eTron GT has light animation on the back and front. Really nice. Unfortunately, Taycan does not
