I am setting my car to charge up to 85 % in the morning, but somehow it only charges to 83 or 84 % when I get in the car in the morning. Do you know why ?

With my own car, I get exactly 85% in the display. Mine is MY21.

However, I had demo Taycans before that showed like +/- 2% or so… (MY20)

Is it cold in the morning? If so the car is not showing you some of the charge. The battery has probably been charged to 85% and was warm when it finished.

Had the same issue. It appeared that setting a departure timer was causing the battery to charge a little different than the target, so I just fiddled with the target to get the desired outcome.

Don't worry about it.

why would it make it charged different from 85% ? I want it to be charged 85% at 6.00 am in the morning, this should not be any sort of a problem . I dont see why this is the cause ..
