Ugh, happy for you but that is annoying that you're going to get your 2023 car before many of us get our 2022s

I know it probably won't happen but wish PCNA gave us at least something to compensate, even if it's just some credit for tequipment parts like all weather floormats / trunk liners or painted keyfobs

They should compensate for those still waiting for MY22.

MY23 is a few grands more. It might be one of the reasons they deliver MY23 first

Joining here from the October thread.

My Taycan GTS was produced back in June and has been sitting at the destination port (Benicia, CA) since September. My SA called me today and said that he just received an update from Porsche, new delivery ETA is 11/04 - which is what TYD is currently showing as well.

Is anyone else's vehicle stuck in Benicia or waiting at the destination port?

Mine is stuck in Benicia too with the new updated timeline of 11/04
Did you have a Burmeister delay? Mine supposedly has two stop notices, confirmed that one is the amp, not sure what the second one is. I’ve not been super impressed with my dealer sadly.

Nope, I didn't have the Burmeister on mine so it definitely wasn't delayed because of that - likely the 12V and maybe the Bose?

I did get an update from my dealer this morning:

We have movement down at the Port. Your Taycan has finished the updates and has received the 12-Volt battery. We are now in the Released for Transport status, so when it leaves Benicia, I will let you know, I am crossing my fingers that it will show up by this Saturday.

Similar to this post on Rennlist - the OP there has same 11/04 dates as us, but his car apparently exited Quality Action a few days ago and has entered PDI. Hopefully yours and others already at Benicia will get similar updates soon.

Thanks for that. Based on their screenshot looks like they may be earlier than mine since mine didn’t arrive port until 9/2. Assuming FIFO I’m probably behind his and most likely trending towards 11/4. TBD.

My GTS got to Emden 10/21. Car headed to California. Not sure if I’ll be a late November delivery or December.

I got a call from my dealer today stating the same. 12v battery and software installation were completed on the 25th.

I emailed my dealer who told me to email the delivery center and I got a date. They said my car cleared quality checks and Is headed to LA.

Interesting how they are pushing through more GTS than any other at this point. My car is done and waiting in that stupid warehouse now for almost a month! Just a lowly 4S I suppose...

My schedule just got pushed up from a 12/2 delivery to a 11/25 delivery. It is a 4SCT that arrived in Emden 2 days ago, going to Houston then Colorado. The build started in Aug. Hopefully it makes the next ride out?

I don't know if it's GTS vs. 4S, but maybe a MY23 v. MY22 difference where Porsche re-spec'd some of the parts causing the delay. I'm in the same boat so to speak - 2 months from placing an order to the Aristotle with a MY23. I feel bad for everyone whose MY22 is many months delayed becase of embarrassing fuck ups by Porsche's procurement / sourcing operation disruptions and labor shortages that are largely outside of Porsche’s control.
