I was going back on these weekly emails from Porsche. I just noticed this past Friday’s email came from a “connect and charging expert” like yours rather than a customer support specialist. Interesting… I hope it doesn’t mean they are just taking up our case recently…

I just noticed that my charging planner contract is now valid and the charging planner works. Check yours!

Range mode speed max setting disappeared again yesterday.

New OTA update arrived also yesterday which I've not applied yet but looks to be a further HV battery tweak.

Came to this thread to post the happy news and great to see others are in the same boat (a good one for a change) - I noticed my charging planner started working when the battery charge number started popping up in my smart nav suggestions today.

I'd like to think it's the power of the collective minds. Enough of us made some noise to Porsche support that were difficult to ignore. haha.

I'm just really glad the cause was found and you folks were made whole.

The charging planner is a pretty critical feature for an EV, after all.

came to say Porsche called me to tell me they had no solution yet, but I should re-check the charge planner to see if it healed itself. So I checked this morning and lo and behold mine seems to be fixed. Looks like I'm a little late on giving the good news! Glad this is getting solved for us.

You should call Porsche and tell them that clearly they are ahead of the innovation curve since they have developed self-healing software!
