You forgot abnormal brake line wear at low suspension heights, at least until the brake lines are replaced with the updated design.And read threads on forum about abnormal tire wear possibly due to driving with lowered suspension.

The wheels look like they will almost scrape the wheel wells in this configuration, and will if the car lowers itself further during a drive.
It’s like the kids who put Japanese racing stickers all over their Hondas IMO.
Questionable benefit, huge downside.
