I drove my Panamera ST Hybrid with 21" wheels and factory all-season tires through two winters here in Colorado. Our winters along the front range are fairly moderate, but I did drive it through the occasional light snow with no issues. I wouldn't have taken it into the mountain during a major storm however.
The modern all season tires are pretty damn good. The all-season tires on the Taycan are M+S (mud and snow) rated which is a requirement in Colorado for driving during the winter. I'm not planning on driving the Taycan through ay serious storms, so at this point I'm going to give the all-seasons a shot. I have an alternative vehicle with snow tires as a backup.
