Recall Letter .. need instruction on ho to get reimbursement.

I have misplaced my letter. Can some one scan their letter with instruction on reimbursement for a Wall charger.

I have been search the treads forover an hour and not found..

You do not need a letter, just these instructions:

E-mail the info below (from the letter) to: [email protected]
Which is the e-mail for: Porsche Cars North America Customer Relations

• Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
• Proof of Ownership (e.g., an image of the sales contract, registration, or title)
• Proof of purchase of 3rd party mobile charger
• Mailing address
• Preference for a check or service voucher


I e-mailed with a preference for service voucher and got the voucher back by e-mail within a few hours. I did not have to get/buy another 3rd party charger, I just submitted proof of purchase for my only EVSE (Emporia) that I bought before getting the car. I will still get the cable replacement when they are available and keep the mobile charger that came with the car in a big bag, that I have not used even once.

And surprisingly quick response from Porsche. I got my check within 30 days of filing the e-claim.
