@DerekS, please please, book an oil filter change appointment for your Taycan with them ($10-$20 cost per website, so not huge risk if they charge you and tell you they did it) and tell us what happens.

Of course it does, but can you go after them for false advertising if they fail to provide $SERVICE for $CAR_TITLE at the advertised rates? Incompetent web designers are not a valid legal defense against false advertising or overcharing customers, are they?

Cheaper than 1 tyre which I read cost £45K (I'm hoping that included the rim too)!!

This thread reminds me of the time years ago I took our land cruiser into the dealership to get a major repair done. Dropped the car off at 8 and picked it up at 4. The bill charged me for 12 hours of labor. I’m sorry, wut? ‘Oh the standard time for that repair is 12 hours. We charge based on the rated time, not the actual hours.’ Errrr, yeah no I don’t think so….

9.1 tenth of an hour labor and the price is estimated plus VAT.
Seems quite normal.
