It was Porsche Palm Springs. Honestly can say they are hands down the best service department I have ever dealt with. That includes multiple Porsche, BMW, Audi, Land Rover dealers. Used to live in PNW. Porsche Tacoma did not inspire confidence. In fact had issues with both my cars, could not get an appointment for months. Waited until I moved. Within a week of moving to the area had both into Palm Springs, issues resolved. No fuss. And they picked my cars up and dropped them back home. Porsche Palm Springs is just at a totally different level. I suspect this permeates the entire dealership.which dealer was that? I've had a mixed experience with Bellevue over the past decade with my 911 and now the Taycan. On the other hand, I fear the other dealers around might not have enough experience dealing with Taycans yet.
Funny you mention, I was admiring that view during my last visit. Truly the best physical structure for a Porsche dealership I have seen in the US.quite off topic but this is how a workshop at the dealer is supposed to look like.
Was told it is on back order. My Porsche App has been updated to include a tab for the manual however.I did, yes.
Looks normal to me in my experience but worth highlighting.quite off topic but this is how a workshop at the dealer is supposed to look like.
There must be a queue / backlog then as MY22 requires the least amount of updating - 4 actual hours would be realistic.Just sent my ‘22 Taycan CT in for updates. They said to expect “at least a week” for what its worth
