Sorry to hijack this thread, but this seems a good place to ask this question...

With regards to the Trip Computer, am I right in thinking there are three "buckets"?

1) "Since Start"
2) "Since Charging"
3) "Total Trip"

?

How many of these can you manually override, i.e. reset yourself?

For example, the "Since Start" appears to reset if you pause your journey for more than 2 hours, but I may stop for one hour and want to reset that "bucket" already.

Sorry mate I've haven't tried to reset or change anything regarding journey info. I have created 2 charging profiles that's it. 1 that charges to 85% and another that 100%. I've left everything else alone. Sure someone will be able to help you. I just charge it and drive it fast ?

You can reset all to zero (wouldn't recommend it as you'll want to keep Total Trip for keeping your consumption calculation going since you got the car).

Then explore the various Trip features and reset as needed.

Some of this can also be done on the rightmost tube in the Digital Cockpit.

Not sure - never bothered with it. Take a look but suspect it keeps a tally of your 'best' trip readings - total guess.

21 RWD currently sitting at 237 miles range at 79% SOC, so it should hit 300 miles at full charge - the first time in a year of ownership.

The headline number might be 300 BUT what is your average consumption since new (I suspect it won't work out anywhere near 300 miles)?

What was the range reported after a few short miles of driving?

Impressive range and apologies for my scepticism but I don't get this range reported even at 100%. Currently reporting 204 miles at 84% (ambient 13C but typically this value even when 22C ambient).

True range for me since new (22 months) is 3.3 mi/kWh which works out around 259 miles which I'm happy with (PB+ and WNJ8 not applied yet (next week).

I have this ongoing feeling that I'm being short changed!

I usually have Eco mode which drops range by 3 miles. I drive in Normal. Recent London temperatures have helped.

I get the uPdate next week and will keep a log of range and consumption. If I get to 3.6 I'll be super happy.

Your style of driving seems no different to mine either.

The anomalies could all be software related at the end of the day given the fairly broad spectrum of range estimates and similar weather.

I can't see an option to change the display units in MyPorsche, hopefully it is possible in the PCM, because displaying only one decimal place makes it inadequate for calculating mi/kWh (as it's only possible to get a result of 1, 1.1, 1.25, 1.4, 1.7, 2.0, 2.5, 3.3, 5.0, 10.0).

I don't think you can change units on My Porsche website but you can on PCM and app.

Going back through my trip data, I was getting 3.4 to 3.6 miles per kWh before I got the uPdate, which suggests the weather temperatures could be the reason.
