What about energy loss in heat etc?You could add 8.7kWh in your car and see the corresponding % increase... If it's 10%, you have the performance battery. If it's 12% or more you have the standard battery.
What does PCSS stand for?Porsche service can provide a PCSS VIN report that lists all the options, major hardware components, software version numbers, battery modules with serial numbers, etc. The report for my VIN was 6 pages long.
I don't know. It is Porsche acronym in the title of the report. What does PCSS stand for?
Your https://my.porsche.com/ account on the web (not the app) has a copy of your window sticker. Log in, Overview, About my vehicle, scroll down. It won't be definitive because some models have the Performance Plus battery as standard equipment, so that won't show as an option. Note, that site used to have the Edmunds dealer trade value, but they took that off! I wonder why.Hopefully not a stupid question,
But is there any way of telling which battery is fitted to any given Taycan?
Ya know other than just trusting the listing information etc.
thanks
Rich

In the US, the website no longer gives access to the car (lock the doors, etc) but the account is still there and has info on the vehicle.i think they have changed the website just directs you to the app now?
