to me it is sacrilege to glue on any aftermarket product to the work of art called taycan. as noted the car is superbly engineered to have very low drag, why mess it up?
in addition I wouldn't spend that sort of cash on such IMHO frivolous item.
I am spending a ton of cash on a customized radar detector/lidar shifting system but in my book that is an investment.

Would love to hear more about your customized radar system! I had an Escort system with lira shifters in my M4 I had a while back and loved it. Kinda scared to mess with the electronics in a Taycan though.

Here it is. The eBay special. I ordered just now. If it sucks I’ll remove it. I like wings. But I didn’t want something too aggressive b/c when the OEM spoiler tilts upward I didn’t want to have too much increased drag. This is just for looks. It’s not going to be everyone’s cup of tea but I like the unique design and the price. I’ve never been unhappy with any carbon fiber car parts I’ve gotten off eBay from China.

I wasn't sure if I was allowed to post a link to products. But I just checked now and it's not listed anymore. After I bought it it said one left. So I think that must have sold too. I just searched for Porsche Taycan spoiler on eBay. I was checking about once a week for something to appear.

Here it is. My eBay Chinese special installed. I’m not sure if it had UV clear coat so I had it put on by my installer. I want to add a rear diffuser now. I’m probably going to get the VR aero one.

When the cars have been so carefully engineered to maximise aerodynamics and efficiency, do these not have a negative impact on range/handling?

I assumed that aftermarket body mods may have become as obsolete for the Taycan as adding a sport exhaust?

Each to their own etc, but genuinely interested if these mods are going to make the car better or worse?

If better, why don't Porsche design them in as standard.
