I’ve never had this error/ screen showing a ! Rather than the car/charging icon before. Pressing the ! Gives this message.

I imagine you paid full price too? When mine was down last week the ovo app couldn’t see the car being plugged in.My connectivity was down yesterday too. Forgot about this Tuesday server flakiness so ended up with a 100% OVO Anytime over night charge rather than the requested 85%
This is becoming an absolute joke, expect a much more reliable service from Porsche.Mine’s down again this morning.
Yet another morning unable to preheat and more importantly yet another smart charge that failed and has cost me 4x more than it should have
I looked for the Porsche Connect service at downdetector.co.uk but they're not listed. I don't know of other ways of doing this, but if it could be listed on Downdetector and prominent on their homepage then Porsche might just get embarrassed enough to do something about it...Where should we be reporting issues?
