If I kill the speed adjustment, what else does InnoDrive do?
It asks you if you want to apply the speed adjustment. And adjust the speed like a newbee would do when you approach a traffic situation(for example round-about) while using the navigation.

Yes and no. When building the car, you can only order it with both ALK and Innodrive. But if you order the car with ACC but not ALK/Innodrive, you can then get ALK and Innodrive separately from FoD.
Aha! Interesting. Any Dutch people out here know about the FoD options in NL? @benver ?

Yep, I had ACC and have ALK and Innodrive via FoD. Took a while to activate, I even had to go the the PC, and do use it albeit without speed adjustment.

Ah, sorry, did not know the configurator does not translate. Dutch builds do not have packs, sadly. Here's it summed up:

Exterior
SportDesign sideskirts Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur
Folding mirrors
High gloss black window skirts
No model
Privacy glass

Chassis
Performance+ battery
Powersteering plus

Interior:
8 way seats
Heated seats front
Light design package

Comfort
Acc + Innodrive
Surround view parking
Lane change assist (light in mirror / blind spot monitoring)

E-performance
Heat pump

For a build of about 110k euro, ~130k usd.
I went for the following features (some came as a package):

Performance+ battery
Panoramic roof
Surround view
Ionizer
Storage Package
Folding mirrors
Window trim in hIgh gloss black
Deletion of logo
Standard Aero S Wheels (want more range, may get them powder coated or wrapped)
Wheel centered caps with colored porsche crest
LED-Matrix Design Headlights incl. PDLS
Lane change assist
Adaptive cruise control
Door-Sill Guards in Black Brushed Aluminum
Bose Sound
Power charge port cover
Porsche Electric sound
Onboard 150 kW/400V charger
Adaptive air suspension (standard on 4S, option on RWD)

Hope this helps!

Is ALK a seperate option (in the US?). I only see the blind spot monitor, ALK seems to be included only in the innodrive package?
LKA - Lane Keep Assist - std in Europe - pain in the but and I leave it turned off
LCA - Lane Change Assist - optional extra - leds in door mirrors for blind spots etc

ACC + Innodrive - I would skip

Extended Leather - a must but personal choice for sure - take a look at one with and one without and judge for yourself. Swap ACC / Innodrive for this.

150kW DC booster (if you have 400V 150kW DC chargers in Holland)

Matrix lights are excellent but expensive.

Bose sound (a must).

Pano roof - a must (too dark inside otherwise).

Black brushed aluminium door tread guards (no cost) - silver otherwise and intrude on interior.

Sadly budget dictates but try and test drive samples with these features and see what you'd rather have.

I, like a lot of folks, chose the Taycan over the Model 3/Model Y mainly because of the nicer interior and quiet ride.
I cannot comment on Innodrive as I do not have that option.
I initially assumed I’d mostly use CarPlay but have been pleasantly surprised by the Porsche native system. I will occasionally check the Porsche navigation against Apple Maps and Google Maps directions and I’ve never changed from the original Porsche guidance.

I think this is standard for the new model year, it's not an option anymore.
Depending on the home power grid, he could option the 22kWh on-board charger, but only if home charging needs to be completed within 4 hours. If charged during the night the default 11kWh is sufficient.

11 kWh is fine, charging infrastructure in Holland seems very good in general.

Seems the general consensus is to swap out Innodrive..

Not in UK - (new config went live today) - still an option as is 22kW.

For either 22kW or 11kW you would need a 3 phase electrical supply at home to take advantage - 7.4kW max (UK supply - not sure what the standard is in Holland).

It is, but there are many variants. Key words are CCS(the connector on the charging cable), Ionity(the 800V fast charging available to all Taycans), 175kWh(up to 150kWh at 400V available if the 150kWh charger is present in the car). I use both the Charging app and Shell Recharge. Be aware of the charging cost, especially abroad and use the correct charging card. You'll learn by mistake, just like me

Yeah, but do get ACC so you can try ALK and Innodrive for 3 months for free via FoD.

But that's what ALK does. I have InnoDrive turned off completely and ALK keeps you in your lane.
Please correct me if I am wrong, but is this maybe the reason why people are experiencing the "ping-pong" when trying AP on their Taycan?

I thought ALK only is an assisting feature that when for example you're dropping something and accidently move your car towards the line/oncoming traffic, that it steers you back into your lane.

When having innodrive+all assists on, it actively stays in the center of the lane and takes corners, as you would expect from an AP feature.

So what do you do exactly?
Do you just let go of the steering and wait for it to correct your lane position?
Or do you deselect "innodrive" but use the lever on the left side to engage the AP and it is the exact same just without the speed adjustments?

I am definitely not saying it is the best AP out there, but I have been using it a lot on country roads and highways without any issues or "pingpong" bouncing.

Cheers!

No, the assisting feature you're referring to is Lane Keep Assist (LKA) which is the thing that will correct your steering if you are drifting out of the lane lines. Active Lane Keep (ALK) actively steers for you to try and keep you centered in the lane, including following the curves of the road automatically. As long as you keep your hand on the wheel, it will steer indefinitely on a freeway for you (assuming it doesn't encounter an error condition like losing lane lines, etc.).

As others have said, I would drop Innodrive (although in all fairness I have not tried it) based on testimonials from members here. If you value AP as I did coming from a 2018 Model S, definitely spec ACC as it makes it so your car has the necessary hardware to then add ALK as FoD after the fact. This is in fact exactly what I did in my RWD. My car came with ACC from the factory and I just activated the 3 month trial of ALK via FoD last week. Going to be taking a road trip next week where I plan to use ACC+ALK fairly extensively for the boring parts of the drive. Thus far I've only tested ALK once for a few minutes and it is not as good as Tesla's AP, but it is serviceable. ACC similarly works fine, but it is not as good as Tesla's AP. For example it is pretty late to notice cars merging into your lane in front of you, especially at low speeds in traffic where the car is merging in front of you at a much closer distance. I've just retrained my brain to be ready to respond in these situations, just as I had trained my brain to handle situations that were difficult for AP like losing lane lines.

I also have the standard seats and I will say that they feel a bit more premium than the "vegan leather" Model S interior simply because the seat itself feels more solid and put together. Tesla seats are more squishy and pillowy whereas the standard Taycan seats are more firm and they support your body during spirited driving more without being uncomfortable over long distances.
