??had mine back a week and looks like it’s failed again
Actually mine has started to play up again this morning. Constant steaming up on all windows and I’ve also noticed the sync button for the aircon no longer works.

I brought mine in yesterday.
was afraid it would be in for a long time, waiting for parts.
But they have close to 100 units in stock!

I wonder why!

Yes I’ve been told the same. No date provided. I love the Cross Turismo but can’t live with these quality issues. I’ve had it 8 months and already lost 2 months due to being on my third glass roof. Another safety issue they’ve failed to recall for. Im considering asking dealer to swap the car for a high spec e-hybrid Panamera or Cayenne Turbo S. anyone got experience of the e-hybrids? Are they as unreliable?

Well, I am now a new team member. No heat as of yesterday. I had a very short failure a month ago as it returned to be functional on the next trip…..

but now, nothing goes, it blows cold air and it is now -10’ here.

My heater went last week, (after a good workout 5000km trip to Florida and Back). Pfaff Porsche took me in the next day. They had a replacement HV Heater . I was given a Cayenne as a loaner. After the new Heater was installed, the car wouldn't go into drive, which required reprogramming of many modules. 33,000 Km now and no other quality issues. Had it in for the full Software upgrade (3 days, but with a Macan Loaner.) Love the car, and I still have faith in it. EA, EC just need to make sure their chargers are ALL functioning and available.

I have the panamera turbo e hybrid. It’s ok. But if I have a choice, I’d jump in the Taycan every time.
The panamera really does feel heavy and slow by comparison.

Just had a Cayenne sport for my wife and it came with a few issues but they were resolved. So far, touch wood, it’s been good. Albeit, I don’t like the brakes on it. They are so grabby at low speeds

After being a long time lurker on these forums, sadly my first post is to add my Taycan 4S (Mamba Green) to the list of failed heaters. Noticed the heating wasn’t working on Saturday, then Porsche Assist took it to the dealership. No ETA from the dealership on when it will be repaired.

In the meantime driving a 3 year old diesel 5 series BMW, supplied by Porsche Assist (via Enterprise rental).

I bought my Taycan new in April’22 (after an 9 month wait) so the heater failed for me after just 7 months.

mine heater went dead yesterday, basically the mild issue with demist already appeared 2 weeks ago, I contacted my dealer mechanic and explained the issue, and they booked in for a diagnosis on the 21st Dec also ordered the high voltage heater part already just in case they need to replace it, of course a replacement car (a Cayenne) was also booked.
This morning (-5 celsius) the pre-heat function stopped working completely, switched off the car with the key and waited till this afternoon, but still no heating when turning the temp to the max in the car, will call the dealer and see if they can move my appointment forward as I can't drive it when it doesn't demist the windshield, it is a serious safety concern like other folks mentioned here.
once fixed I might want to speak to my sales advisor about the GTS order which is due in March. I love this car for 2 years and at the same time I just can't bear with all issues, software and hardware anymore, just too much hassle that I don't need.
