Issues with Apple Music and Bluetooth

Hi

1) I cannot search / play music on apple music until i have played a song from my library and then it allows me to search? This is using the built in app on PCM and not my phone, anyone else have that issue

2) The Bluetooth in the car drops the call audio constantly. The Bluetooth and the call stays connected but the audio goes back to my phone ?

Any help would be appreciated

Good luck. Let me know how you get on. I was told they can’t do anything. My car has gone to a car audio specialist today so they can stop the rattling / vibration when I play music as Porsche again couldn’t fix....

I thought they’d say that but if that was true then there would be 1000s of people complaining of the fault which leads me to believe it’s a faulty telephone module - so hardware not a software issue.

Do you have 1 or 2 phones connected when this happens?

I had one phone connected. Seems to do it less when using carplay

Ive have notifield Porsche GB of all my issues including these items and my Turbo is going into the dealership next Wednesday to try and get them all rectified
