Anyone know how this guy took this shot? Would be cool to be able to control the spoiler and have it up all the way whenever you want it.

Sounds about right, active dynamics my backside! Spoiler either sticks up or fails to retract properly (on many vehicles). Not sure if the is a MY21 only feature but my dealer has a queue of folk waiting to get this resolved including me.

Fortunately an active spoiler is absent from the Cross Turismo (I worried they might do what they did on the Panamera Sport Turismo and have a flap integrated into the spoiler - looked dumb when deployed (and yes it can be done manually).

This car was delivered with a fault and the spoiler wouldn't retract
Are you joking or in the know?

I’d really like the option of seeing what it looks like up. I think this is the first stationery shot I’ve seen!

Someone needs to come up with a way of controlling it from inside !

Isn't there the cleaning position? How for would it go up?

There is. Goes up an inch or so. But seems to go down when car shut off. I’m keen to see it fully up ( no innuendo implied)

no not joking unfortunately, the guy who took delivery of this posted in the Taycan UK owners group on facebook a little while back. I was drawn to it because I also wanted to know how he'd lifted it

Anyone found a solution for this? Either glitching it or reprogramming the wash-mode setting to go to level 3 instead of 1?

The etron gt has a dedicated button in the infotainment and I can't understand why Porsche didn't add one for the Taycan.

I've emailed them about this, but I fear I'm alone in wanting this so nothing will come of this request. :(

I don't seem to see any change in the spoiler icon when driving in NORMAL mode. It does change in RANGE mode. If it is a good idea in range and sport modes why doesn't it move in NORMAL mode?
I have not had someone follow me to see how it is operating.

AFAIK the spoiler does not raise in Normal mode, at least not at usual highway driving speeds. Maybe there is a higher speed where in normal mode it would auto-raise.

It only raises in Range, Sport and Sport Plus (and Individual).

My original point was, if it does some good at a particular position in range mode, why doesn't normal mode do the same? Also same idea, if it is useful in sport mode, why not use that in other modes given certain parameters(speed, grip etc). It almost feels like marketing selected a power spoiler and the engineers could only figure out limited uses for it so didn't bother using it in normal mode, maybe use it less to keep it from breaking? lol
