Waiting for car to be built, but was wondering if anyone can help me with a question.
Does remote heating of the car interior (not battery) work from anywhere on the planet? For example, if I'm at work and my car is parked a few hundred metres away, down the road, will it still remotely heat the cabin when I activate this?
Also, can this climate control be programmed for the same time each day from the "my porsche" app?

Yes it will. I also have a programme set, at this time of year, to pre heat the cabin ready for a 6.30am departuture. Very handy after a frosty night

You can activate remote heating anywhere you have an internet connection (assuming your car also does). I just use the app when i'm about to leave the office, I find a 5-10 minutes of heating is plenty enough.

Yes, it is internet based. So as long as your car isn't deep in an underground garage you should be fine. The app will tell you it is a 60 min preheat, but the cabin will be warm in 10-15min (60 might be ideal for the battery if you're plugged in and want to maximize range).
