I think maybe you need to be in Park for two fingers on the clock to work?

My experience and the anecdotal reports of others is that pending or in-process updates can cause the volume to freeze at -1. I suggest you check that automatic updates is enabled and allow updates to complete before reseting the PCM.Guys, I have had this whole tread and I have a weird problem where my car's Bluetooth will not play any media from my Android phone even after it is connected on blue tooth. If somebody could please post a video of how exactly to reset the PCM, I would really appreciate it. I'm hoping resetting the PCM will do the job. When I try and increase the volume I see a -1 on the screen,
I tried and finally figured out how to Reset the PCM. It is the top right hand corner of the center console, but I made a youtube video that should make this easier. Here is the link.I once read you have to klick in one edge with 2 fingers. Could not find it anymore, would be handy to use while driving.
Thanks very much, I will try that.I tried and finally figured out how to Reset the PCM. It is the top right hand corner of the center console, but I made a youtube video that should make this easier. Here is the link.
It took me several tries using two fingers up near the time. It seems to be very particular and your fingers need to be side by side horizontally on my screen. I noticed in the video that is how he did it and it worked for me. So don't have them staggered.I tried and finally figured out how to Reset the PCM. My volume is stuck on 1 and no music will play.
I've been trying this 2-finger reboot for 10 minutes and it's just giving me a 1-finger salute.
There has to be a better way??
Or drive it into a lake and let the insurance people sort it out.Only other thing to do is lock the car and let it sit for a bit or pull the cable on the 12v battery.
That might do the trick but I’d try pulling the PCM fuse first. It’s easy to find which fuse in the manual.Or drive it into a lake and let the insurance people sort it out.
