Haha fair enough - the way I look at it is if in general everyone is just being delayed, I’m not that upset (not trying to be selfish), as it means there’s nothing unfair going on, just supply chains being supply chains.

It’s still annoying that the magnitude of the delay wasn’t better disclosed, as I and I think many people came into their orders expecting a lead time that ended up doubling(at least for me, ordered in late Feb thinking delivery in early Aug for 5 months, which is now 9 months delivery in Dec)

Not even our replacement cars. They were built in July and are still waiting for batteries.

I was told late Q3 earliest when I ordered in late January 2022, so I’m not surprised at the delay. I’m slightly miffed that some cars built later are being delivered before mine, but I’ll keep my patience for the time being, because what else can I do?

I will say that anyone who got told a 6 months waiting time and who ordered this year were either being lied to, or at best the SA was being ridiculously over-optimistic

Today is many of our supposed vessel dates. No activity on my end though. I mean, the only vessel around is the Violet Ace which heads to Baltimore, not my port. Close though!

I wish TYD would update, even if it's a pushed back date, just so I have some idea when to expect the car.

Just had word from the SA that our GTS has been built and is on track for delivery towards the end of the month.

I was only told it would be the start of Oct. SA kept it a little vague to manage expectations given all the delays, which is fair enough. I'll get the exact build dates next week when we have a chat

So here it is. First impressions are it’s so much nicer than in the pictures. Very happy with it!! . first ST on the road from my OPC. speaking with the SE, they are still having loads of issues with deliveries for cars that didn’t get the battery during build and are now in compounds and they are struggling to get any meaningful dates from Porsche just sometime between now and January! He also said the ST GTS builds are on hold but Porsche not telling them why. Must be something specific to the GTS spec!

The Dolomite silver and those wheels looks fantastic on the ST - that is the first one I have seen in that colour combo. Well played. You must be delighted with it!
