My friends, looking to see if anyone experiencing this since I never had this issue on any other cars as far as leather wheel resiliency. For example, my 2020 Cayenne and 2024 Macan have much better leather on the wheel. My plan is to replace it with Race-tex Tequipment wheel since replacing with another leather one will not last even one swipe.
I do not use Comfort Entry where the wheel goes up and maybe I should, but my daily work attire is just a pair of jeans and I am very aware to exit/entry carefully. Also, to me it is hard to believe that I would make these kinds of marks, so I suspect my PPF shop or dealer actually damaging my wheel as some of the marks appear to be made by some extreme pressure or jewelry rings, that I do not have, but only on the bottom and close to 8 o'clock which is the area you hit when you get in.
I have followed all the potential issues with having the Race-tex material on the wheel, but I have no choice if I do not want to drive with a scuffed wheel, that does bother me. Also, I saw several YT videos and the drivers also have their leather wheels scuffed really badly at the bottom like I am. The question is, would Race-tex also can get scuffed as I also saw that on YT videos.
