Taycan colour -- metallic black or Mamba Green

So slick.

I was gonna do Chalk originally... switched to black at the last minute so that i can put a matte/stealth PPF on it and pretend to be Batman.

Cant' wait to get it!

So we've placed an order for out Taycan which is due late Sept 2023.

We are still unsure of the colour...

We've ordered metallic black, but now thinking with a car like a Taycan should we move away from white and black and go more special for a special car.

We are a family of 5...(3 kids ... 3, 9 and 12)

So don't know if the mamba green will be too loud?

Does anyone have pictures of their Taycan in the real world as opposed to showroom pics.

If black, flat black not JBM. The Taycan look sinister in flat black with Mission E wheels.

My Mamba Green gets positive comments almost every day since I got it in 2020. The comments are from all demographics, including a woman in her 80s who rolled down her passenger side window at a traffic light with a big thumbs up. Yesterday, I was dropping off my son at golf lessons, and one of the pros saw the Taycan and literally started jumping up and down in the parking lot. I will likely get another Mamba Green for my next Taycan. My wife is the only person who doesn't like the color because of the relentless attention it generates.

I really love Mamba. No regrets. I particularly like how it changes so much with light conditions. So much metallic flake that it dazzles when clean in bright light but almost goes to dark green in shadows.

I like the black metallic. I live in Florida and also have the thicker glass to eliminate noise and heat. This offsets any issues with the black being overly hot when parked in the sun.

Subjective of course, but I think Mamba is one of the best colors they offer. Surprised its not PTS. Makes the car IMO. And as other say, the response to this car is overwhelming. People stop you in all sorts to tell you how much they love it. They often say its the color. Middle pic shows with clears finally installed. Huge improvement.

I agree.…can be stunning. I might do black for a garage queen (future Porsche) but for a daily driver, its only the dust/dirt factor that keeps me from selecting black again.

At the end of the day you can't make a bad choice! Green, black or any other color the car looks amazing!

It’s a bold choice and everyone’s different, lots of very positive comments about the colour .

saying that, there is not a bad colour to choose, they all look great

You're undoubtly a grown up as you drive a car. Make up your own mind. I really don't mean to be snarky but it's really only your choice. BTW, I have Dolomite but love the Mamba.
