I recently used Horseless Carriage and everything went well. Enclosed trailers and people who knew what they were doing at both pickup and drop off. You probably need to be flexible on the delivery date as that is dependent on when other cars are going to your area. Pretty sure they ship nation wide. It was the only time I have used them but I would not hesitate to use them again. Seem to have a very good reputation and have been around a while.

I've used Montway a couple of times. Most recently was VA to CA. Both experiences were great.

I strongly recommend Go2 -- they own their own trucks and we have used them for many years for all sorts of cars between Palm Desert and Chicago. Very reliable. PS I have no affiliation with the company but our group has shipped multiple high end cars including personal belongings and had 0 problems.

I used a dispatching service called Airryd, had a good experience, the company that dispatched called Direct motor lines and they were great.

For Seattle > Massachusetts, I used this:

... which is essentially just a broker/coordinator. (First one trucker takes the car to a kind of more centralized collection area, then another trucker takes it over the long haul.)
Everything went well. I paid for the top tier, but didn't bother with enclosed. Note that in addition to the top tier providing more protection from potential road debris, also protects the car from having any fluids dripped onto it from any car above -- the dealership told me a nightmare story about that!

Sterling Productions is a transport I can recommend. I have heard a couple negative experiences with using shipping brokers since you're not in control of who actually does the shipping.

I had my car shipped from Alabama to California through an enclosed transport recommended by the dealer. Unfortunately they tied the car down by the control arms and the straps damaged the rear brake ducts and the felt undertray. It was easy to get reimbursement from them but make sure whoever does the shipping ties the car down by the wheels, which is the recommended way in the owners manual.
