Same here. Sheerness to Reading, then to dealership for delivery. Could take up to 2 weeks.

Inspection needs to take place, and then delivery. Hopefully some of your cars are on this vessel too.

Had to be updated by the dealership aka keep pestering them for updates ?.

Mine didn’t notify me when it got on the ship but did once it arrived it so I don’t think there is a standardised notification system unfortunately.

The USA customers have the Track my dream option which allows new owners to track their build from start to finish but this hasn’t come to the UK yet.

Mine too. No notification of shipping, I think there was an extra boat this week.

Sales agent informed me of when the car started build, delays in build, completed build, went to Emden, boarded the vessel, arrived at Sheerness, and next steps to eventual delivery in the coming days and weeks. I’ll usually get an email with updates, or call them to find out what’s going on. Overall, it’s been a good experience.

How are you satisfied with EQC?

We cancelled it! Got fed up of waiting. The dealership first made out that it was an in stock model. We were happy to wait a little which for it, but a few weeks back we found out that all production has been put on stop, so we cancelled the order and my wife bought a 911 instead. Every cloud…
