Am I reading this thread correctly, the preheat/condition is still useable after the subscription ends?

I use this and state if charge.
I understand that I’ll lose state of charge once my subscription ends. I mainly use CarPlay for navigation.

Yeah. That‘s how it is working for me since some months.

You even know some sort of SoC as it does not let you pre heat under 20% 😆

This feature is inconsistent as I some members reported they lost it once the plan expired while others still have it so seems to be area specific. I am in the states and seems like we'll lose this one from what I've gathered. This alone to me is worth the money.

For my road-trip usage, Porsche Connect is a must-have – especially as built-in navigation is the only way to get battery conditioning for fast charging:
  • Navigation map updates
  • Live traffic reports and re-routing
  • POI and charger routing (for those that are not in the built-in database)
  • Monitoring charging process remotely (while eating at fast charging stops or destination charging at hotels)
If the Apple Maps integration could handle battery conditioning – it would give me more pause for thought.

As of now – from year 3 onwards – Porsche Charging, Connect and Tracking is in the budget planning. But agreed – they certainly add up – and it would be nice if Porsche provided the three services in a single discounted package.

Hi Your 10k in year 9 comment made me look more closely! Have you shopped around for insurance? I pay about £1200 here in the UK though the NFU quoted £2k I think. I use Admiral.
