I have the same problem - my dealer is blaming the PPF?! Has your issue been fixed? It happened to me for the first time today. The weather was sunny and warm and the car and sensors clean. It was working fine 15 mins before. Car has only 672 miles.
I got the error for 5 mins, then it self corrected. While the error was happening the car was rendered like a gray rectangle in the screen.
This is yet another software bug.
I don't have PPF. It has happened to me only once and it self fixed after restarting the car.I have the same problem - my dealer is blaming the PPF?! Has your issue been fixed?
I have also fallen prey to the same symptoms as you--same Park Assist error and same blurry image of vehicle when backing in the garage. Good advice given here for a resolution. Will follow up on them and we will see.It happened to me for the first time today. The weather was sunny and warm and the car and sensors clean. It was working fine 15 mins before. I get the error occasionally usually after I have just started the car. my Taycan has had the software update a few weeks ago and I think it has happened twice since then. I think it is a software bug and usually I can reactivate it by pressing the Active Parking Support icon in the bottom left hand corner of the lower screen. If you do not have that option it will be the park assist icon. That brings up the function on the centre screen and I have been able to press an icon there which gets it going again usually a specific camera function. At the end of the day the Taycan is one big computer and any computer can be a bit glitchy sometimes at start up.Anyone else seen this? Happened to me for the third time today. Also, my business partner (who also has a Taycan) said after I complained to him it happened to him as well and he almost crushed his in our office garage.
