No, it's the radius of a Taycan wheel, around 60cm in diameter (radius is half the diameter).
Turn radius with RAS is about 1 meter less according to Porsche.
I found this after some research . Porsche states turning circle is reduced by 60 cm to 11.2 meters . So turn radius is reduced by 30 cm only.

On the other hand, the website below states that turning circle reduces to 10.4 meters with RAS. Original being 11.2meters.

I am curious which one is correct .

I think it's the last one.

But then again, I was talking about the movement of the wheel and if it's noticeable.
It is.

These threads keep popping up but I can't help repeating myself... don't forget that RAS allows Porsche to make the steering 10% more direct. Turn the wheel a little, car turns a lot, yet is not twitchy on the highway (due to rear wheels moving in same direction).

In summary, for low speed manoeuvring where the distances travelled are a few short feet the advantage of RAS is at best marginal compared to other implementations (Panamera, EQS, S-Class etc).

I thought that might be the case (shoulda known better).

my link from porsche and this technical data sheet conflict by 20 cm . According to your sheet turning circle is reduced 80 cm where Porsche link is 60 cm . But thanks anyway .

No, it's not from that post.
Sorry, I was not clear: your document and Ron's both come from Porsche, but the turning circle is different! Yours says 38.4 ft / 36.7 ft but Ron's says 36.7 ft / 34.1 ft. I can't believe MY20 and MY21 would be different. That's what I meant with , but I guess boomers shouldn't use emoji. ;-)

Numbers are all over the map. Car and Driver quoted the reduction in turning circle owing to rear wheel steering as 3 ft.

All things equal, Tay Tay's observation that RWS allows for more direct steering is a principal reason to get the option. Indeed, the TTS that I drove with RWS was just in a different universe in regards to direct steering compared to all other cars, including my admittedly old 911.
