Hi @gramorris I heard from my dealer today that the car is in, and so I have my collection booked in for Friday. Really looking forward to it. Will finally get my new car after just over 13 months of waiting. Did you get any feedback on your delivery yet?

I mean there's nothing quite like it! The smile it brings to the face and it makes the most mundane journeys a pleasure... Even volunteered to drop the in-laws to the airport at the weekend!

Feels like I've only scratched the surface with the car and also the tech inside... Lots to learn still.. find myself fumbling around the PCM at times, but that will come in time.

Also had learnt a lesson about the 'Ackermann effect'!.. the 'slipping' sound on full lock at very low speeds (like turning off the drive) was a bit of a worry when I first hear it!

Getting ceramic coated today.. the Ice Grey really does (unsurprisingly) show the grime quickly.

Amazing.. Friday can't come quick enough I bet!

make sure you have that app connected and working when you leave.. if there are issues, they'll use the 'there's poor signal in the area' excuse. Mine worked initially but then couldn't connect to the car. Just test the features like remote lock/unlock etc as a minimum so you know its all sound.

That's good. It only took a couple of hours to get mine authorised, so probably won't take them long. What model have you gone for? Which Dealership?

Delighted to say, we picked up our car last Thursday and can’t rate Wolverhampton Porsche enough, came and picked us up from home and brought us to the dealership, handover and some lovely goodies was seamless. Full charge ready to enjoy, boy have we. Easiest car to drive we’ve ever had, altho still getting used to the width.

That is really nice. I have to say the Frozen Blue colour has really grown on me. I think it really suits the car and it stands out. Is that the slate grey interior?
